We are fully licensed and veterinary approved. Our aim is to provide your pet with a comfortable and secure kennel. Together with top class care, top class nutrition and top class hygiene which will ensure the health and well being of your dog. Kennel visits are any day out of peak seasons between 11.00am & 11.30am you do not need to bring your dog. You will be shown around and an enquiry/booking form will be filled in.

Diet & Medication

We feed a wide range of diets however if your pet is on a special diet you will be asked to provide this portioned and labelled accordingly. We are happy to administer medication this must be labelled with clear instructions and treats/cheese to put the meds in should be supplied.

Vaccinations

All dogs coming into boarding must be fully vaccinated against Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parvovirus & Parainfluenza and their vaccination card must be produced on arrival.

Canine Infectious Bronchitis (Kennel Cough)

We do not insist that you have your dog inoculated against canine infectious bronchitis. We suggest you discuss this matter with your veterinary surgeon. If you decide to have this inoculation, it must be done at lease 2 weeks prior to boarding.

Bedding & Toys

Behaviour in kennels can be quite different therefore for hygiene and safety we use our own beds, bedding and bowls.

Exercise

Guests are taken out of their kennel a minimum of twice daily this ensures the dog is not confined to their kennel and run for the duration of their stay it also means the dog gets contact and a fuss as an individual from a member of staff.

Personality

Quite often a dog's personality changes in kennels, you have put them in kennels which is very daunting, they don't know why they are there. We want the dog to understand they have done nothing wrong and are not being punished or being left for good and we are kind caring and there to look after and feed them.
